We can run 360 processes and subsequent projects. We run a bespoke 360 programme called Team Consult 360 which assesses team climate as well as individual strengths.

I identify leadership talent and work with them to realise their potential. 

I support organisations with leadership frameworks, strategy, behaviour and culture.

I am a Licensed Insights Practitioner and can work with individuals and teams on profiling, team sessions and the resulting coaching.
