Hi. I set up Brightlight Coaching & Consulting so that I could partner with organisations and people in a way that works for us all. I am passionate about coaching and approach change and learning with a positive mindset.
As a professionally trained and experienced coach and coach supervisor I work one to one, with teams and with groups.
I've worked internally in OD roles and designed and delivered leadership interventions to suit the person, the culture and the need.
I enjoy working as a licensed Insights Practitioner and have seen the value it can add.
I am a lecturer in postgraduate Coaching and Coaching Supervision qualifications.
I founded The Bloom Project to ensure that there is access to expert information and support for organisations on pregnancy and returning to work post-maternity.
I work as your partner. There are lots of coaches to choose from and I feel our credibility comes from our qualifications, experience and our values. And the Brightlight team of associates are picked specifically to deliver what you need, where relevant.
I will listen and together we can plan what works for you.
Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Coaching is us working in partnership focusing on what you want to do - that could be strengthening your leadership, making a change, feeling less 'stuck', understanding yourself and others better, for example.
Yes.
Coaches can currently choose whether they have a supervisor. Coaching bodies recommend that coaches have some form of supervision (one to one, paired, group or peer) in relation to their coaching hours. I have a supervisor and attend regular supervision.
